Confini Vibe Squad – Terms & Conditions
Participation in the Confini Vibe Squad is open only to Kenyan residents aged 16 years and above who have been successfully verified and approved as members.
The Confini Vibe Squad is a loyalty, referral, and rewards ecosystem operated by Confini Limited where members may earn points, rewards, cashback, rankings, and promotional benefits through eligible purchases, referrals, campaigns, and participation activities.
Only qualifying purchases of Confini Candy products are eligible for points, rewards, cashback, and related promotional benefits.
Members may earn points through eligible purchases, referrals, promotional campaigns, and other approved participation activities as determined by Confini Limited from time to time.
Points, balances, referral statistics, cashback values, and reward eligibility are determined based on Confini Limited’s internal systems and tracking mechanisms. Confini Limited reserves the right to verify all purchases, referrals, scans, submissions, and activities before awarding points or rewards.
Members are responsible for ensuring that all personal details provided — including full name, university (where applicable), phone number, and email address — are accurate and up to date. Confini Limited shall not be responsible for lost, delayed, failed, or misdirected rewards caused by inaccurate or outdated information.
Confini Limited reserves the right to reject any membership application, suspend participation, reverse points, withhold rewards, or terminate any account where false, misleading, duplicated, incomplete, suspicious, or fraudulent information or activity is detected.
Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, exploit, duplicate, automate, or fraudulently interfere with the points system, referral system, rankings, campaigns, cashback system, creator system, or reward structure may result in immediate disqualification, suspension, forfeiture of rewards, or permanent account termination.
Points, vouchers, cashback rewards, and promotional benefits may carry expiry dates or usage limitations as communicated within the platform or campaign. Expired rewards, unused vouchers, or expired promotional benefits shall not be replaced, refunded, or extended unless otherwise determined by Confini Limited.
Digital vouchers and rewards may be issued through GiftPesa, EZawadi, or other approved third-party reward providers. Confini Limited shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, technical failures, redemption errors, or system outages arising from third-party reward platforms or providers.
Confini Limited reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries, referrals, purchases, leaderboard positions, challenge activities, and participant eligibility before issuing any reward, voucher, cashback, prize, or campaign benefit.
All rewards, vouchers, cashback benefits, rankings, and prizes are issued at the sole discretion of Confini Limited based on internal verification and campaign criteria.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless expressly stated otherwise by Confini Limited.
Where fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, technical irregularities, duplicate participation, or manipulation is suspected, Confini Limited reserves the right to withhold, cancel, reverse, substitute, or refuse any reward, ranking, prize, points allocation, or campaign benefit without liability.
Confini Limited may from time to time introduce temporary campaigns, competitions, referral boosts, creator-led promotions, campus activations, leaderboard events, or challenge-based campaigns as part of the Confini Vibe Squad ecosystem.
Such campaigns may include special rules, bonus mechanics, temporary point structures, rankings, creator participation, university competitions, or campaign-specific rewards which shall operate in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in any campaign, leaderboard, WhatsApp group, creator activation, challenge, referral event, voting activity, or social competition is voluntary and subject to respectful conduct and fair participation.
Uni Vibe Challenge
The Uni Vibe Challenge is a student-focused promotional campaign operating within the Confini Vibe Squad ecosystem.
The campaign may include:
university leaderboards,
creator collaborations,
referral competitions,
challenge participation,
social media activities,
campus rankings,
bonus point opportunities,
and temporary promotional mechanics.
Confini Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, extend, or adjust the Uni Vibe Challenge or any related campaign mechanic, reward structure, leaderboard system, or participation criteria at any time without prior notice.
Leaderboard positions, rankings, challenge winners, referral counts, campus rankings, and campaign outcomes shall be determined solely based on Confini Limited’s official systems, records, and internal verification processes.
By participating in the Uni Vibe Challenge or related campaigns, participants grant Confini Limited permission to repost, feature, edit, publish, promote, advertise, or otherwise use submitted content, usernames, photos, videos, testimonials, rankings, challenge entries, and participation materials across digital, social, and marketing platforms without additional compensation unless otherwise stated.
Confini Limited is not responsible for interruptions, delays, technical failures, network outages, platform downtime, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of nature, service interruptions, strikes, or platform failures.
Personal data shall be collected and processed in accordance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act and shall only be used for administering memberships, referrals, promotions, rewards, campaigns, verification processes, and relevant communication.
Confini Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on official Confini Limited platforms.
Confini Limited’s decision regarding eligibility, points, referrals, rankings, campaigns, rewards, cashback, leaderboard positions, participation, or winner selection shall be final and binding.
Confini Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the Confini Vibe Squad, Uni Vibe Challenge, or any related campaign or promotion.
