Products can only be returned or exchanged before or upon delivery, where the product can be given back to our delivery person for any reason. Any returned goods will be refunded in full less any delivery charges incurred (minimum KES 250 per delivery). Once the goods are successfully delivered and received by the customer, we do not accept returns or exchange of products.
