Vibe Squad Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Participation is open only to Kenyan residents aged 16 years and above who have been verified and approved as Confini Vibe Squad Members.

  2. Only purchases of Confini Candy qualify.

  3. Confini Limited reserves the right to reject any membership application or cancel an existing membership at its sole discretion if false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided during registration or participation

  4. Digital vouchers will be issued through GiftPesa or EZawadi. Please note that Confini Candy is not responsible for any delays or technical issues arising from GiftPesa’s or EZawadi’s systems or redemption process. 

  5. Members are responsible for ensuring that all personal details in their profile — including name, phone number, and email — are accurate and up to date. Confini Limited will not be held liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected rewards caused by outdated or incorrect member information. 
  6. All digital vouchers, cashback rewards, and promotional benefits are valid only within the stated validity period. Unused rewards after the expiry date will not be replaced or extended.
  7. Confini Limited may modify or cancel any promotion, reward structure, or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the official Confini Limited platforms.
  8. Confini Limited is not responsible for interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to technical failures, network outages, strikes, or acts of nature.
  9. Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act. Information will only be used for administering the promotion and communicating relevant updates.
  10. Confini Limited’s decision regarding any aspect of any promotion — including eligibility, reward issuance, and winner selection (where applicable) — is final and binding.
  11. Confini Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or consequential loss arising from participation in any promotion.
  12. Confini Limited may feature your content in marketing.

Squad Mission 1 Terms & ConditionS

  1. Valid entries may be submitted on Instagram or TikTok only. To qualify, participants must have a public account with at least 200 followers on Instagram or 200 followers on TikTok at the time of posting.

  2. Posts that qualify for entry must:

    • Include a photo or video showing your best vibe with a sticker (as described on the page).

    • Be shared as a photo or reel on your main timeline/feed. Story posts do not qualify and will not be considered for verification.

    • Tag and Mention @confinikenya.

    • Use the hashtag #confinivibesquad in the caption.

    • Be made from a public account.

    • Not be more that 7 days old.

  3. Entries that do not follow all instructions under point 1 & 2 above will not qualify.
  4. Confini Limited reserves the right to reject any entries that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with the spirit of the campaign or the Confini brand.
  5. Digital vouchers will be issued through GiftPesa or EZawadi. Once your post is verified, you’ll receive your voucher for a value of KES 75 or 1 x 30G Confini Candy Pouch as a SMS directly via their platform(s). The voucher will be valid for up to 14 days after receipt.
